Yes, There are several newsletters to which you may subscribe.

You may apply for an "Authenticated user" account.  This allows access to several additional areas of the site including "MY ACCOUNT" and the NEWSLETTERS page where you can select which publications you wish to receive.

You may also ask a member to subscibe for you on your behalf.  You will still have to provide an email address but no other information will be required.  You may end your subscription at any time buy changing the subject line to UNSUBSCRIBE and replying to the Newsletter email.
